Ashley Stauffer, Nurse Practitioner

Ashley Stauffer is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in cosmetics and aesthetics at Eluma laser and Aesthetics. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at WGU and then earned her Master of Science degree at Walden University Minneapolis, Minnesota. She holds a national board certification with the American Association of nurse practitioners (AANP). She received her certifications in advanced medical aesthetics, injectable cosmetic fillers and neurotoxins, PDO thread lifting, Laser certification, Sclerotherapy, PRP, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and stem cell therapy. She has partnered with Galderma, Merz, and Allergan for training and has received additional training from renowned physicians and nurse practitioner injectors.

Ashley is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She spent her early nursing career as an ICU nurse with UF health and baptist hospital for 10 years before acquiring her Nurse practitioner degree. She then worked as a hospitalist for Baptist Hospital and in pain management. Her passion was always for dermatology and aesthetics. During her practice, she gained experience as a Botox injector for dystonia, migraines, and Limb Spasticity. She then branched off into aesthetics full time, soon after, opening a wellness center where she was lead injector and laser specialist. She recently opened a full laser and Aesthetics Clinic (Eluma LASER and Aesthetics). She is highly involved in the latest trends in aesthetics. She has a very compassionate personality and treats every patient with their concerns as a top priority. As an aesthetic injector, her goal is to have everyone not only looking naturally beautiful but feeling beautiful from the inside as well. She has over 10 years of experience in the aesthetic industry and looks forward to expanding her practice.

Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, boating, going to church and traveling when she is not at work. She has 2 children and 3 stepchildren. Her husband is also in the medical field and is an oncological surgeon at Mayo Clinic.

Baylee Joudi, Nurse Practitioner

Baylee is an adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner from Jacksonville, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and masters degree from the University of South Alabama. She has her national board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) with specialized certifications in Laser treatments, Non-surgical skin rejuvenating treatments,  Women’s laser rejuvenation, dermal filler, neurotoxins, PDO threads, skin care, and more.
She spent her time as an RN caring for patients in critical care. In managing the critical needs of these patients and their loved ones, the importance of aesthetics became apparent. When caring for critical patients, these aspects of care are typically forgotten. She found by focusing on assisting patients with feeling better about themselves through their appearance, it positively impacted the patients morale. Witnessing the impact aesthetics had on a persons happiness is when she decided to focus on the field. “I love being a Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner because it allows me to help people feel more confident in their own skin and address their concerns about how they look and feel from the outside in. I am passionate about educating my patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plan.”

Katelyn Hollaway, Patient Care Coordinator

Katelyn Hollaway is a patient care coordinator from Jacksonville, Florida. She loves working with people and making them feel welcome. She is available to answer all your skincare questions and provides a top-rated service experience with each of our clients. Her passion is to make everyone feel valued and beautiful. She listens to your concerns and will help coordinate the best treatment plan during your visit.

Bailee Mahn, Licensed Esthetician & Receptionist

As one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors, Bailee Mahn serves as both our Receptionist and Licensed Esthetician. She graduated from the Aveda Institute in April 2026 and is passionate about helping every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Whether she’s assisting at the front desk or providing skincare services, she’s dedicated to creating an exceptional experience from start to finish. Bailee specializes in Facials and Dermaplaning but also provides Microneedling and Ultherapy services as well!

Aimee Atkinson, RN- Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Aimee Atkinson is a skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse at Eluma Laser & Aesthetics, bringing over five years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics. She graduated from Concord University and has since dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their beauty and skincare goals through advanced, non-surgical treatments.

Aimee has received extensive training in Ultherapy, RF Microneedling, VI Peels, and medical-grade skincare, allowing her to provide customized, results-driven treatments for every patient. With her expertise and artistic eye, she delivers natural, rejuvenating results while ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.
