Eluma Laser Patient Policy
SCHEDULING
Eluma Laser and Aesthetics is always buzzing, so appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance especially prior to major Holidays. Please refer to our cancellation policy below before reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. Please note: upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your time slot. We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file.
APPOINTMENT REMINDER POLICY
As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message reminder 24 hours prior to the scheduled service(s). A cell phone number is required upon booking to receive your text message appointment reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving advance notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. In the event we do not receive the required 24-hour or more notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $75 per service booked. If you dispute a cancellation fee with your banking institution for your failure to adhere to our company policies, you will no longer be accepted to as a patient.
Notification given at least 24 hours or more prior to your appointment will not be charged.
LATE
We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork or to ask any questions you may have about your service. We understand that issues arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.
CARE CREDIT
Care Credit is accepted at Eluma Laser and Aesthetics. You purchase spend a minimum of $600 to use Care Credit.
REFUND POLICY
At Eluma Laser and Aesthetics we work with each client offering Complimentary Consultations to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are purchased they will not be refunded. In addition, we are not able to offer refunds on Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, or Discounted Services.
All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to neurotoxins, dermal fillers, etc.) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. This policy additionally includes laser services, facial services, waxing, and weight loss plans.
Please make sure you to carefully consider your service before making a purchase. Once the individual service, package, gift card, or prepaid card has been purchased we will not grant any refunds. Our refund policy is strict and no exceptions will be made.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date. At times, we offer bonus Gift Cards with a special purchase that may be valid for less than a year. Gift Cards are not refundable!
PREPAID CARDS
Are not refundable or redeemable for cash. The prepaid card is to be used only by the purchaser. Prepaid cards may only be used towards the specific service or package it was purchased for. All prepaid cards have an expiration date. Upon purchasing a prepaid card, please ensure you know the expiration date otherwise you will forfeit the value of this card upon expiring.
PRACTICE PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
We love having you as a customer, but we do reserve the right to refuse any service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
FULL DISCLOSURE
Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed, not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you!
